1. Return Window: 7 days from delivery for manufacturing defects only. Product must be unused, in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable: Custom orders, used equipment with oil, food residue, electrical burn due to voltage fluctuation, physical damage after delivery, products like deep fryer once oil filled.

3. Process: Share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91 8884440089. If defect confirmed, we arrange pickup.

4. Refund: After quality check (3-5 days), refund to original payment method or bank account 50200031414325 HDFC within 7-10 working days. Shipping charges non-refundable as they depend on item & destination.

5. Replacement: Preferred – we will replace defective unit with new. Warranty 1 year covers manufacturing defect repair/replacement.

6. Cancellation: Before dispatch – full refund minus 2% payment gateway charges. After dispatch – cancellation not possible, treated as return.

7. Damaged in Transit: Report with photos/video within 24 hours. We claim with courier and provide replacement.
